I worked directly with the client, who is also the developer of this app. The app is a closed system (by direct invitation only) for property owners to manage their rental properties. This app was set up to accept rental payments, liaison between vendor and maintenance requests and arrange for invoice review and payment all through the app. Four user journeys needed to be considered in the design: Owner, Vendor, Tenant and Administrator. Mobile design for use by vendors and tenants was the key focus, with a desktop app geared towards the administrator who would manage the list of properties and renters.
